1. About CyberTrex
CyberTrex is a community-organized event series for Tesla and Cybertruck enthusiasts. CyberTrex is not an incorporated entity, registered business, or legal organization. It is an informal community group that coordinates off-road events and meetups. There is no membership, no dues, and no formal organizational structure.
2. Assumption of Risk
Off-road driving and outdoor activities are inherently dangerous and carry significant risks, including but not limited to: vehicle damage, mechanical failure, rollovers, personal injury, and death. By participating in any CyberTrex event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
You acknowledge that trail conditions, weather, terrain, and other factors are unpredictable and that no amount of preparation can eliminate all risk. You participate entirely at your own discretion.
3. Liability Waiver & Release
By attending or participating in any CyberTrex event, you agree to the following:
- You release and hold harmless CyberTrex, its organizers, volunteers, and all other participants from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your participation.
- CyberTrex and its organizers are not responsible for any vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, illness, or death that may occur during events.
- This release applies to claims of negligence, including but not limited to trail route selection, event organization, vehicle operation by yourself or others, and any other event-related activities.
- You are solely responsible for your vehicle, your passengers, and your own safety at all times.
4. Vehicle & Equipment
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in safe operating condition and is suitable for the terrain you choose to drive. CyberTrex does not inspect, certify, or guarantee the condition of any vehicle. Trail difficulty ratings are estimates only and do not guarantee the safety or suitability of any route for your specific vehicle.
5. No Professional Guidance
CyberTrex organizers are volunteers and enthusiasts — not professional off-road instructors, tour guides, or mechanical experts. Any information, route suggestions, or advice provided is informal and should not be relied upon as professional guidance.

In Plain English
Off-roading is risky. You could damage your truck or get hurt. CyberTrex is a bunch of enthusiasts getting together — not a company, not a tour operator. If you come to an event, you're responsible for yourself and your vehicle. We do our best to share good info and pick fun trails, but ultimately it's on you. Drive within your limits and have a blast.
